These local Korean Debit Cards (Korean KEB, Korean KOOKMIN, Korean LG, Korean BC, and Korean SAMSUNG)
are issued by the local banks in Korea, and are not part of the Visa or MasterCard networks.

Best of all, the CCBill system handles these transactions for you invisibly. As the system
reviews the bin numbers of your online customer's credit card, all Korean Debit Card
transactions are automatically sent to the Local Korean Bank Network for processing.
And because most Korean nationals use these cards regularly, client conversions on Korean

provide a secure dialer billing solution to your CCBill processed website. By providing a
dialer option, CCBill now offers you the ability to more effectively capitalize on your European traffic
and credit card declines for an optimum ecommerce sales environment.

Dialers have long served as an option to on-line credit card processing especially in Europe,
because only about 22% of European on-line users have a credit card, and many are unwilling to
share their billing information. Dialer solutions effectively allow on-line users to download
and install software that will dial and connect to a website, then charge the user's local
telephone bill for their usage charges.

Now, visitors to your websites processed by CCBill can have the option to pay for their memberships
by using either a credit card, online check, or if you wish, your visitors can now pay using
the CCBill Dialer as a payment option. Using the Studio Opera GmbH system, the CCBill Dialer
