IMPORTANT NOTICE!
Please be advised that our IT Department has scheduled a database optimization session for Tuesday, April 23, 2002. The session is scheduled for 5:00 a.m. - 6:00 a.m. EST. Actual interruption time is expected to total 30 minutes, however a 60-minute window has been allotted for completion.

The following is an overview of those systems affected during the database optimization from 5:00 a.m. - 6:00 a.m. EST

Affected:
CMI - UNAVAILABLE during the update
iBillcs.com - UNAVAILABLE during the update
Direct Integration - UNAVAILABLE during the update
iBill Gateway/Processing Plus /TP (clients using their own Internet Merchant Account) -
Transactions will not process during the update

NOT Affected:
Transaction processing will continue as normal for iBill Complete (clients using iBill's Internet Merchant Account)

We apologize for any inconvenience that may cause and thank you for your patience and understanding while we continue to upgrade and improve our transaction processing system.

April Newsletter Update:

GREAT NEWS!
Many of you have mentioned that it is a challenge to follow a specific subscription as it goes through iBill's rebill cycle. Based on this feedback, we will be modifying the "List Active Rebill Subscribers" report and the "List Expired Rebill Subscribers" report - both reports can be found in the Customer Service section of the CMI. An additional column will be added to the reports to include the actual rebill retry number that each individual subscription is at.

We are currently working on this enhancement and expect it to be released shortly.

A brief explanation of the new information will be at the top of the report for your convenience and to aid you in analyzing the data in its new format.
