Инфа насчет конфликта TelcoWeb и OffshoreClicks
Как уже многие знают, TelcoWeb закрыла экаунт OffshoreClicks. Сегодня я имел разговор с Mary из TelcoWeb на эту тему. Попросил прояснить ситуацию с офшорами, и вот что она ответила:

"Im not the best person to talk with reagrding that.. He was shut down for spamming and child porn."

(очевидно сами офшоры не причем, но вот вебмастера которые их промоутят могли заниматься чем-то нелегальным)

Далее она меня перенаправила за более подробной инфой к некой Elisha, которая принимает решение о закрытии экаунтов в случае illegal activity.
Пока жду ответа.

Offshore clicks used to chat with me every day on ICQ until about 3 months ago when we learned what he was about. He had 12 violations for CP and beast in 1 month , as fast as we could kill his accounts his people signed up again under different names until we killed them all. At the time he dissapeared off the face of the earth he totally went to ground and would not answer any mail , ICQ or phone so we presumed he was ignoring us. Then we noticed he moved to Varadox and he has not sent me a single email or ICQ to me since then. I was not aware he was even trying to send minutes , he is banned. I'm not posting the CP links and screengrabs here but they are available if anyone wants to see them mail me

LOL! That's priceless .... where do I even begin? Yes, you did cancel about 12 accounts for so called "violations" on Sep 4, 2001. Except for a couple of them that where in fact violations (and had their accounts at osc killed as well) they where typical toplist/CJ sites with link _descriptions_ and not actual _content_ of beast/CP. Under the OSC terms we talk a free speech approach, words are OK but content such as pics etc is not. Anyway, this wasn't even a problem - you killed those accounts that violated your terms (without notifying me I might add), I killed the ones that violated my terms and paid the rest out of pocket. This was early September and I was paid on time FOR 3 MONTHS AFTER THIS, so saying that we were banned is utter bullshit and a feeble defence for not being able to pay your debts. It's clear to me that Telcoweb either has serious financial problems, or decided to punish osc for moving to a Varadox dialer like a 10 year old would do. At no time did we ever deactivate any telcodialers, both dialers where run in tandem and it was up to the webmaster which one to use.

Вот что говорит Elisha c TelcoWeb...
All I can say is that he has had 11 accounts shutdown by us and all were for major content violations. By that I mean beast, rape, incest and CP. This caused a major threat to our entire program and he was shut down.

He didn't comply with the rules enforced by the FTC and ICSTIS and continued to threaten our routes and had his group banned from Telcoweb.

"But may be this is just a couple f***en cheaters among hundreds of honest offshore clicks webmasters? Or Offshore Clicks was involved itself here?"

Ответ:
This is my end of this. I am incharge of all spam, content and staff that police all the content for violations. I notify and suspend accounts accordingly and deal with ICSTIS and any rep addressing these issues. He was told about this and a copy of the rules was sent out to every account holder with any dialer/update that went out. I shut 11 accounts down in 2 months. We as a group felt that was more than enough chance for him to clean it up.
As for his payouts, that doesn't involve me. I have tried to contact him about this and got no response. This was a decision by corporate and no one else.

From what I've read on the boards, he is planning on paying out all Telcoweb minutes but I haven't seen any come in from his group in a while.

I want to reply to his post because I haven't ever seen him kill an account. I did them all over a period of 2 months, not all on one day as he states. And he was notified and chose not to reply.
I can't and will make sure that management does. Anyone who knows us can tell you how strict we are against these types of violations.
