ну это к ним в саппорт надо. причина в основном вроде такая:
If your license appears to be missing after PHP has been upgraded, the Zend license line was probably not replaced in php.ini. To replace it, first find the nats/licenses folder on the server and run 'pwd'. This will give you the full path to the licenses folder and is what will appear after the '=' in the following line:
zend_optimizer.license_path=<full license path>
Place the above line into the Zend portion of php.ini (usually the bottom), save it, and restart apache. If the error does not disappear, contact one of our staff.
