Citizens and organizations of the EU member states are eligible now to apply for domain delegations directly under .hu. For other foreigners the registration directly under .hu is allowed as before only if they have registered trademark valid in Hungary. No such restrictions exist under the secondary public domains (e.g. co.hu, org.hu, info.hu).
