We are developing FinTech products for millions of customers around the world. Currently we are looking for Customer Support representative for an remote position to provide support for customers of our current and future products.
Responsibilities:
— Handle client queries via LiveChat and emails
— Support community on Telegram, Facebook and etc.
— Informing and assisting customers in all current and future products
— Collecting customer feedback and follow up e.g. requests for new products and services
— Carry out other duty assigned by the Head of Customer Care department
Required skills:
— Excellent knowledge of English Language written is necessary.
— Ability to work at nights and weekends is a Must
— Strong communication skills and smart thinking
— Personal computer and stable Internet connection
— Positive attitude
Big advantage will be:
Knowledge of Crypto, Blockchain experience in Crypto communities such as Telegram, Bitcointalk and Reddit
Experience in a Customer Support or Sales position in financial services company
