Webmaster:
Because of new credit card processing regulations, Adult Check has been forced to make some changes.
Effective as of November 15, 2003 your sites will be removed from the Adult Check System.
The sites affected by this notice will be removed from the links list on November 10, 2003.
On or about November 16, 2003, all the sites affected by this notice will be deactivated. AC Customers will no longer be able to access the site through the ID authentication process and no new sales will be processed through the apply link.
Final payments will be paid out pursuant to existing accounting policies for any sums due and payable prior to November 16, 2003.
This email is intended to serve as our official notification to you, that as of November 15, 2003, any limited use license to use any Adult Check registered service marks is revoked and all agreements and obligations of Adult Check to you are terminated.
We realize that this announcement may come as a surprise, and it is with regret that we must take the steps outlined above. Adult Check has always strived to be an industry leader in regards to current and future trends, and thus we have reevaluated our entire business model. We want you to know that these decisions were not made hastily. We believe they are necessary for the continued viability of our business. Everyone at Adult Check has appreciated the opportunity to work with you in the past and we wish you the very best of luck in your future endeavors.

инцест в том числе, но на Adult Check у меня как раз почти не было инцестовиков. в подавляющем большинстве обычный мэйнстрим.

Вот это кидок!
Ну русских это мало коснется, потому как AC никогда нас не любили, но западных просто обворовали - трафф, ребиллы.
Непонятно только одно - "new credit card processing regulations".
Это или отзвук летних разборок или очередной пиздец от Визы.
В любом случае это очень плохо, потому что как ни крути AC был лидером. :-(

Ну в общем-то этого можно было ожидать после того как начались у них все эти изменения термсов и пр.
А вообще конечно потрясающе сделали, не просто закрылись, а выбрали несколько сотен мастеров с которыми будут работать дальше

Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully. These Terms and Conditions define your future relationship with Adult Check, if you so choose to accept.
Participation Requirements:
To remain in good standing with the Adult Check Affiliate program, Webmaster must generate a minimum number of at least 10 Net Sales per pay period (after the ‘Scale Up’). "Net Sales" shall mean any combination of new Adult Check Gold and Adult Check Regular memberships sold during a pay period less any Chargebacks received during that Pay Period.
During the first two pay periods, the minimum number of net sales required will scale up (the 'Scale Up' period) to 10 according to the following schedule:
Pay Period Minimum Net Sales
11/16/2003 - 11/30/2003 5 Net Sales / period
12/01/2003 - 12/15/2003 7 Net Sales / period
12/16/2003 and beyond 10 Net Sales / period
If Webmaster meets the Participating Requirements and is in Good Standing, Adult Check will pay Webmaster pursuant to the Accounting Policies set forth below.
If Webmaster fails to meet the Participating Requirements, in any two pay periods within a three month period, then Adult Check, at its sole discretion may terminate Webmaster’s account. Upon termination, final payments will be paid out pursuant to existing accounting policies for any sums due and payable prior to termination.
Accounting Policies:
We send out commission checks to our affiliates twice a month. The first pay period begins on the 1st of the month and ends on the 15th of the month. Checks for this pay period are generally sent out by the 22nd of the same month. The second pay period begins on the 16th of the month and ends on the last day of the month. Checks for this period are generally sent out by the 7th of the following month. If the 22nd or the 7th date fall on any weekend or legal holiday then payments will be made on the next business day. Arrival time of your checks is dependent on the method we send it out, the season as well as the US postal system's time required to deliver in your area or country.
Old Rebills are rebills attributable to sales that occurred prior to November 16th, 2003.
New Rebills are rebills attributable to Net Sales.
Commission payments for Net Sales and New Rebills will be paid according to the schedule below:
Up to 10 Net Sales / pay period (Gold or Regular):
Adult Check Regular Sales: $10.50
Adult Check Gold Sales: $12.60
11 or more Net Sales / pay period (Gold or Regular):
Adult Check Regular Sales: $11.50
Adult Check Gold Sales: $13.60
Commission payments for Old Rebills will be paid according to Accounting Policies in place prior to November 16, 2003, exclusive of any Referral Bonus.
Adult Check records will prevail in determining all statistics including but not limited to the amount of signups, trial conversions, rebills, bonuses, cancellation, credits, refunds and any commissions owed to any Webmaster pursuant to this Agreement.
Chargeback Ratios: Webmaster must maintain acceptable chargeback levels. Adult Check, at its sole discretion, may terminate Webmaster’s account if their chargeback ratios exceed card association limits for two calendar months. Chargeback levels will change from time to time and shall be governed by the card association. Adult Check will provide ongoing statistics regarding chargeback ratios to each webmaster in its affiliate program.
General Policies:
Only persons over the age of eighteen (18) years may participate in the Adult Check Affiliate Program.
No applications will be accepted from Webmasters from the following countries: Bulgaria; Romania; Indonesia; Belarus; Malaysia; Russia; Turkey; Lebanon; Armenia; Pakistan; Ukraine; Yugoslavia.
An Adult Check Affiliate ID may not be transferred or assigned to any other person or entity. The posting, publication, transfer, assignment, sharing or dissemination of an Adult Check Affiliate ID or any other Adult Check ID is strictly prohibited.
Fraud, illegal activities, unfair or deceptive trade practices or violation of the Adult Check Affiliate's Terms and Conditions (as amended) will result in immediate termination of your account.
Any unlawful activities or activities that, within the sole and absolute discretion of Adult Check, may be or are harmful to its reputation, image, goodwill (including but not limited to inappropriate Usenet postings or spamming) will result in immediate termination.
Illegal content is strictly prohibited. Illegal content includes, but is not limited to: minors, rape, and bestiality. This pertains to everything on the pages you use to drive traffic to Adult Check.
Adult Check Affiliates are prohibited from sending any web traffic to Adult Check from any web pages with any content, on the web page or in its URL, that might infringe the rights of third parties, including but not limited to: warez, password selling or trading, copyright or trademark or other intellectual property infringement, privacy or right of publicity infringement, use of another's name or a variation thereof without express consent.
Adult Check may terminate your Adult Check account at any time with or without cause, without prior notice.
Adult Check will provide you with a selection of banners and advertising materials. You may post as many of these banners and advertising materials on your site(s) as you wish.
Adult Check retains all copyright and ownership in the banners and ads provided by Adult Check. Adult Check hereby grants you the right to post banners and ads provided by Adult Check, solely for the purposes of advertising and sending traffic to Adult Check to sell Adult Check Regular and Adult Check Gold IDs. Upon the termination of your participation in the Adult Check Affiliate Program, this grant of rights shall cease and you must immediately remove all Adult Check banners and ads from your web sites.
All Adult Check Affiliates are granted a limited use license to use and display the Adult Check logos, banners, trademarks.
Violation of the Adult Check limited use license of trademarks and copyrighted materials is prohibited.
Use of Adult Check trademarks and copyrighted materials to obtain any personal information of an Adult Check customer is strictly prohibited.
Any failure or delay in the enforcement of the Adult Check Terms and Conditions shall not be deemed a waiver or modification of any terms hereof.
Interpretation, modification, termination and enforcement of these Terms and Conditions shall, at all times, be within the sole and absolute discretion and control of Adult Check.
Upon Termination all obligations to Webmaster will cease.
Adult Check reserves the right to change or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. Our Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time, without prior notification. All disputes will be settled via arbitration and under the laws of the British West Indies.
Each Adult Check Affiliate shall indemnify and hold Adult Check harmless from any and all liabilities, claims, damages (including attorney's fees) threatened or incurred as a result of the Affiliate's activities.
Each Adult Check Affiliate acknowledges that it is their sole responsibility to report, file, and pay any and all applicable taxes.
No commissions will be paid on fraudulent or illegal transactions and payments may be withheld if fraud is suspected.
Adult Check Affiliates may not send unsolicited commercial e-mails ("Spamming"). If Adult Check receives a complaint from any source regarding Spamming, Adult Check may terminate your account, without notice, immediately.
By submitting an application to become an Adult Check Affiliate, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions which shall be construed under the Laws of the British West Indies. Jurisdiction and venue for any dispute arising hereunder shall be in Panama and all disputes will be settled via arbitration.
By submitting an application to become an Adult Check Affiliate, the services provided by Adult Check include certain communications from Adult Check, such as service announcements and administrative messages via email or postal mail. |
Мой нехороший прогноз - следующими нас "обрадуют" NetVerifier или ProAdult. По-моему только они еще никак не отреагировали на нововведения Визы, а это дурной знак.

ХЗ, но пока все работает без изменений. Все опции наместе, все управляемо. Кроме стандартных писем, больше ничего не приходило.

И все же ну и уроды AC
Я работал с ними довольно плотно почти 3 года, никаких нареканий не было и тут такая хрень 
Опредилили ко второму tier, сайты из листинга повыкидывали, скрипты тоже не работают
На англоязычных бордах этих козлов вроде тоже поносят, вроде куча народу в той же ж.., но утешение слабое
Интересно будут платить по старым ребилам пока или сразу зажмут..?
sAx и cooool, я так понял вам больше подвезло, вы в tier1 ? Небось тоже термсы новые зверские?
Кто-нить пробовал с ними объясниться-договориться или уже поздно пить боржоми когда почки отказали?
