смотри, сначала пишешь жалобу своему регистратору, когда во сколько твой домен/сайт перестал работать.
одновременно и сразу пишешь с номером тикета (своего регистратора, можно скрин) примерно такое письмо в icann.
дальше они будут разбираться - кто что у кого украл.
конечно, невероятно необходимо, чтобы домен был зареган на реальные данные.

This is a domain name we owned and operated for 2 years. Our company name is xtronx, INC. a California corporation.
Currently there exists a situation whereas a person has acquired our domain name. We believe there has been some sort of fraudulent manipulation of the notices sent to us to notify us of an impending change in the domain. We operate our mail servers through this domain name as well as a web site that we operate our business. We will and have lost a great deal of money because of this mistake.
We would like the ICANN to make a temporary stay of the action and return the domain name back to us until such time things are clarified.

register.com to notify us.
A trouble ticket # 1932390301, by Holly Chatelois of register.com will reflect the disconnection of the SRS was made improperly and abruptly. At 9:00 am of 02/27/02 our web site was in operation but by 3:00pm we found out someone else had stolen our domain name shutting down our web site.
If an emergency stay is not taken our company will suffer irreparable harm and will stand to loose a great deal of money.
Please take care of this matter as soon as possible.
