Lenskiy: понятия не имею. Нормальный биллинг обслуживать сайт с контентом без доков не будет. Потому что ему виза или мастер карт рубанут весь биз и всё.

The card associations consider websites that depict models as drunk or asleep to be forced and part of extreme sexual violence. Join Page Notification that SegPay is your Authorized Sales Agent It is important that all of the web properties that are using SegPay as either their primary processor or part of their cascade disclose on their join page that “SegPay is our authorized Sales Agent,” This is a simple notification, but without it, the card Associations can levy significant fines. Please take the time to review all of join pages to be sure the SegPay disclosure is included. Without it, we will need to cease processing for your account. The exact wording of this disclosure can be found within the SegPay website compliance guidelines. Responsibility for our Affiliates The Card Associations hold both the merchant and SegPay accountable for the actions of affiliates and marketing partners. If an affiliate is marketing with prohibited content that ultimately links to and processes through your website and SegPay, we are both accountable to the Card Associations for financially gaining from the use of prohibited content and can be fined accordingly. Out best advice is to make sure you know your affiliates, and how they are promoting your web properties. Review each new affiliate in your program to determine if they are a legitimate webmaster. Check their promotions, their referring URLs, seed their mailing lists, etc. to ensure you don’t get any unpleasant surprises. We also require all clients to submit their affiliate id with all transactions. This allows us to do risk analysis by affiliate and alert you to any marketing partners that are potentially taking advantage of you and your consumers.
