PSW Billing грозит репрессиями владельцам спонсорских
Вот что прислал PSW биллинг владельцам спонсорских:
(новость прислал Nautilus from Ferrocash.com) Dear Webmaster, It has come to our attention that your chargeback rate well exceeds acceptable limits. Your sites have recently been added to a "high risk"
sheet issued by a banking network with which we are affiliated. It is extremely important for the future of your company that you comply with this warning. If you wish to continue using PSW as your billing company, you must do the following: 1. You will make us your PRIMARY billing agent. This means that ALL join buttons, on ALL sites for which we process transactions, will go to
a PSW order form; NO exceptions. We will provide you with a system whereby declined customers from our system may be referred to other companies for secondary processing. 2. You will place EASILY VISIBLE links on the OUTSIDE of your websites leading to our customer support page, located here:
http://www.pswbilling.com/support/index.shtml?YOUR-ACCOUNT-NUMBER-HERE
3. You will NOT have members cancel their recurring memberships via your own CGI forms. It is mandatory that customers use the PSW cancellation form, a link to which is located on the support page above.
If you do not comply with this email by April 23rd, 2002, your account(s) with PSW will be terminated.
We are not here to tell you how to run your affairs. However, in order for you to survive in this business, you must change the way that you are handling your customers. If you continue in this manner, you WILL
